I just wanted to write and let you know how pleased we were with the service your team provided during our recent move.

I chose Xpress Relocation not because you provided the cheapest quote (although you did!) but because I liked Jensen and Peter so much when they came to look at the job. They were friendly, efficient and very reassuring about our first move in 28 years.

I had a serious accident a while ago which means I couldn’t have packed and lifted heavy boxes and I was still a little nervous when the packing team, Tony and Billy, arrived. I needn’t have worried, they took more care than I would have done myself, and when the rest of the team came the next day I was so impressed with their hard work and wonderful attitude. They were so friendly and happy and nothing was too much trouble.

I was particularly impressed with how well they worked together as a team, they were just as polite and helpful with each other as they were with us. This made the whole process a pleasure and well worth every penny of the cost. Please pass on my thanks and best wishes for Christmas to all the team who made our move such a good experience.
